Meet The Team
Ed Reilly
Senator Big Ed Reilly started his Nationwide Agency in 1974. His hard work led him to become one of the largest Nationwide Agencies in the State. He is a President’s Conference Qualifier, which is awarded to the top 1% of Nationwide Agencies in the Country. His hard work paved the way for 2 of his children to succeed in the business. The Reilly Insurance Agency is truly a family run organization with Rachel, Rich and Cousin Tim Grover all very involved in the agency’s success. Aside from founding the Reilly Insurance Agency, Ed is also very busy as a Maryland State Senator, Grandfather to 9 beautiful grandchildren, and husband to his wife, Cathy of 45+ years.
Rich Reilly
Rich Reilly is the Agency Principal of the Reilly Insurance Agency. Rich manages the day to day operations and provides support to all of the departments in the agency. Rich started his career at Ed Reilly’s agency in 1997 as a Financial Services and Commercial Lines Specialist before breaking off on his own. Rich Reilly Insurance Agency, LLC was founded in 2005, and has grown tremendously over the years. As Ed’s public service aspirations took off, Rich moved his agency to Crofton so he could help Ed’s agency to continue to thrive. In 2017, the two agencies merged in to what is now the Reilly Insurance Agency. Rich and his wife Renee enjoy most of their free time with their kids as they grow up. Ella, Colin and Ruby all spark so much joy in their lives.
Rachel
Rachel Reilly Postorino has been an Insurance Agent with the Reilly Insurance Agency for over 25 years. The Reilly Insurance Agency is very special to her. It was started by her Dad as the Owner/Principal Agent and continues with my brother as the Owner/Principal Agent. She and her 3 siblings were raised in Crofton and it warms her heart that she and her husband are able to raise their children in Crofton as well. Rachel very much looks forward to helping you with your Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life and Commercial Insurance needs.
Beth
Beth started with the agency in August 2008 where Tim Grover hired her to be the receptionist. She is now a licensed agent focusing on personal lines policies. Beth is married to her high school sweetheart, Mike, and they welcomed their daughter in November 2017. She enjoys spending time with her family and being out on the water.
Teresa
Teresa has been with the agency since December 2016. Teresa and her husband, Art, have lived in the Crofton area for the past 26 years, where they have raised 4 children. She loves cooking, traveling, animals, music, hockey (Let's Go Caps!), hanging out with her family... and of course helping people with their personal lines insurance policies.
Shay
Shay is our Commercial Account Manager. She joined the team in March 2019 as the front desk receptionist, but has since become a licensed agent. Shay relocated to Maryland from South Carolina with her husband and their son. Outside of the workplace, Shay is passionate about food, enjoys the outdoors (especially the beach), and loves quality time with her friends and family.
Danielle
Danielle joined the Reilly Agency team in June 2022 as a customer service representative and has since obtained her insurance license. She is originally from New York – and proud of it! – but fell in love with Maryland and knew this was where she would want to raise a family. Danielle lives in Catonsville with her fiancé, Jonathan, and their three children. She loves spending her free time with her family and friends – hiking, playing, hosting parties, or hanging out around a fire pit.
Cecilia
Cecilia has rejoined the Reilly Team in 2023 as a Customer Service Rep, after retiring as an agent in 2014 and moving to Florida. Cecilia is currently a volunteer mentor with Tuesdays Children, an organization which supports Gold Star families. She loves travel, theatre, music, snorkeling, hiking, paddleboarding and kayaking. Most of all she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Collin
Collin started his insurance journey with the agency July 2023, as a customer service representative. He is excited to learn all things he can about insurance and the industry. Collin was born and raised, in and around, Maryland and has a love for the area that surrounds his work and customers. In his free time, he likes to exercise outside, hang out with friends, in and around Baltimore, and play soccer.
Tim
Tim started in April 2005 at the Reilly Insurance Agency. He writes all types of personal, commercial, life and disability insurance coverage. Tim graduated from the University of Scranton in 2004. He married his wife Lauren in October of 2013. Tim and his wife are raising their two children, Eliana (2018) and Miles (2021) in Silver Spring, MD, with a third on the way! For the past 20 years Tim has also coached high school wrestling and is currently the head wrestling coach at Montgomery Blair High School.
Susie
Susie joined her father’s agency, the Charles Sharpe Agency, in 1985. She continued with the agency when it became the Rich Reilly Agency. She writes all types of personal lines, commercial and life insurance. Susie’s take on people – “Treat people as you want to be treated.” Susie is married, with two married daughters, and two beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys photography and cruising In her 1979 VW Beetle convertible!
Laura
Laura joined the Walker Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative in October 2003. Becoming a Licensed Associate Agent in April of 2004, she continued with the agency when it merged with the Rich Reilly Agency in March of 2018. She is licensed to write all types of insurance – Auto, Home, Commercial, Farm and Life Insurance – Personal Insurance are her favorites. Laura graduated from the University of Maryland with a Master of Science in Business Management in 2005, and a Bachelors in 1998. She and her husband Dave, a retired Prince George’s County Fire Technician live in Southern Maryland with their cat, Moe. Their daughter, Nicole, lives in Western Maryland. When not working, Laura enjoys watching NASCAR, cooking, spending time with Dave & Moe and visiting with her friends.
Elena
Elena is our Commercial Auto Account Manager. She joined the team in August, 2020 as the front desk receptionist, but has since become a licensed agent. Elena relocated from Wisconsin (Go Pack Go!!), and now resides in Maryland. She enjoys spending time outside of the office by cooking, spending time with friends, and fostering the stray animals she takes in!
Toni
Toni is new to the agency, but not new to insurance. Born into a life of insurance, she worked at her father’s insurance agency, Smith & Associates for 25 years until her father retired. Wanting to continue in insurance she joined the team as a support role. In her downtime she works with many charities as an ambassador including St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Starlight Children’s Foundation. Toni and her husband are also fosters for a Chihuahua Rescue, so their house is always busy and noisy!
Joseph
Joe is new to the agency, joining August 2023. Coming in from working sales for a printing company, he has been working customer service for over 6 years! Joe is excited to start this new chapter working for the Reilly Insurance Agency. Joe is originally from Illinois but has been living in Wisconsin the last 4 years. Joe loves to watch hockey and spending time with family and friends.
Sandy
Sandy started with the Agency in 2011, and after a few years away, she rejoined the team in Nov 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. Sandy and her three children, Ellin, Daniel and Aubry, live in Crofton. Outside of the Agency, Sandy serves as a Licensed Local Pastor in Odenton, MD. She has a love for music and enjoys playing the trumpet in both Jazz and Classical settings.
Her goal is to "Release Joy into the world - one note at a time."
